Take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Peace is primarily designed to be utilized in 15-day cycles (i.e. one bottle at a time). While Peace works quickly, its positive effects accumulate over time. It is recommended that each 15-day use cycle is followed by a one-week break, or alternatively a 5/2-day on/off cycle can be followed.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a shrub-like plant and the king of ayurveda medicine. It is commonly used as anxiolyte (an agent that inhibits anxiety) and as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress and stressors.
Tyrosine is an amino acid and a neurotransmitter precursor. It is commonly used to treat acute stress and anxiety disorders.
Theanine is an amino acid that is abundant in e.g. green tea. Its most important feature and function is that it calms but does not cause drowsiness. It is commonly used to lower social anxiety and help relax in social situations without the side effects of e.g. alcohol.
Contains the active ingredients of green tea, catechins. We use organic grade green tea extract with 45% EGCG.
Piperine is a flavonoid extracted from black pepper that significantly enhances the absorption of other compounds taken at the same time.
P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is the active form of vitamin B6. The body needs B6 for large number of physiological functions. Alcohol use typically causes reduced B6 level as processing alcohol depletes B6 in the body.
B12 is an essential vitamin. A deficiency of B12 leads to neuropathy and cognitive impairment. Elderly persons, vegetarians and those with digestion complications are at a higher risk of being deficient in vitamin B12.
