Addressing Stress and Anxiety
Peace by Rohtos Labs is designed for controlling acute stress and anxiety by helping the body maintain its normal biochemical state under strain. Peace works by a two-part mechanism: it alleviates key symptoms of stress and anxiety and reinforces mental stamina at the same time.
Stress and anxiety can also cause direct bodily effects. For example, high cortisol level has been linked to bloating, predominantly in the belly area. Lowering your cortisol level safely may help alleviate these symptoms.
Peace capsules contain:
• Sensoril®, the best ashwagandha extract available anywhere (an effective herbal anxiolytic)
• relaxants derived from matcha green tea
• a highly bioavailable form of tyrosine (a mentally energizing amino acid)
• directly bioactive forms of neurovitamins B6 and B12
Stress and hormones
Stress stimulates the release of cortisol to regulate other hormones and immune reactions. Too much cortisol for too long causes anxiety, hormonal imbalances and weight gain.
Peace controls the levels of stress hormones. Anxiety and depressive symptoms are directly linked to stress hormone levels. Elevated levels may also result in issues such as fatigue, irritability, concentration problems, weight gain, and elevated blood pressure.
Peace calms the nerves. Compounds in Peace have been shown to activate anxiety-reducing neurotransmitters and to increase brain activity measured in alpha brainwaves that are associated with relaxation.
Peace supports stamina. Prolonged stress decreases the levels of neurotransmitters that mobilize the brain and body for action. Peace contains building blocks for the body to make more of those to maintain capability.
Peace is a safe, balanced and natural formulation for active stress and anxiety control without side effects. It does not cause fatigue and tiredness or otherwise adversely affect functional abilities, and is therefore highly suitable for daytime use.
Stress and the nervous system
Sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems work together to control the body like the accelerator and brake pedals in a car.
The sympathetic nervous nervous system is responsible for priming the body for action, whereas the parasympathetic one works to calm the body and settle it back into equilibrium.
What does Peace do in the body?
Peace is formulated to address key reactions to anxiety and stress. The compounds in Peace work to suppress elevated stress hormone levels, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and provide ingredients for creating neurotransmitters that regulate willpower, mental energy motivation and control motor functions.
Elevated stress hormone levels are directly linked to multiple bodily and mental stress symptoms, which become worse over time. Overactivated sympathetic nervous system keeps us from de-stressing. Depletion of catecholamine neurotransmitters and B vitamins cause fatigue, lack of willpower and motivation and disturb normal cognitive function.
How and why does it work?
Peace contains Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb which is able to effectively control stress hormone production and thereby allow other hormones to function normally.
Theanine and EGCG are two synergistic compounds isolated from green tea. They help calm the sympathetic nervous system, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and decrease feelings of anxiety.
Tyrosine and vitamins B6 and B12 support efficient neural activity in the brain. Tyrosine in a precursor of catecholamines – a group of neurotransmitters which regulate willpower, mental energy and motivation. B6 and B12 are both critical factors in maintaining hundreds of cognitive and other biochemical processes.
All ingredients are ideally dosed and of premium quality to ensure efficacy. Ashwagandha is in the form of Sensoril®, a superb standardized extract with high levels of bioactive compounds. Tyrosine, B6 and B12 are in highly bioavailable forms which absorb well and directly usable in the body.
How about scientific proof?
All key mechanisms and ingredients of Peace have a solid body of scientific studies and human evidence to back them up. Below are links to a few of them.
